Date Posted: 08 November 2011

Thursday 19 January 2011, 10am to 12 noon
Atkins Building, Lower Bond St, Hinckley, Leicestershire LE10 1QU
This free briefing is for those from the arts, sports and leisure sector who work with vulnerable adults (including older people, people with mental health issues and people with disabilities). Speakers from Adult Social Care will let you know how personalisation is working in Leicestershire and how you can target your work at people with personal budgets. It focuses on Hinckley & Bosworth area in particular but will relate to Leicestershire as a whole. It is planned as a precursor to a ‘Have A Go’ event in April where you can demonstrate your activities to vulnerable adults and their carers.

The event is free if you are based in Leicestershire/Rutland, £5 if based elsewhere.
