People who are struggling with their current or past relationships,
People who have suffered closed head injuries, MS or CVA’s,
Survivors of domestic abuse,
People suffering from bereavement,
People who have experienced baby loss and pregnancy issues,
My approach is Integrative, I combine Psychoanalysis, Psychodynamic, Gestalt, Transactional Analysis, Transpersonal, Somatic Experiencing, Internal Family Systems, Person-Centred, Narrative, Cognitive and Nervous system therapies. I will tailor your therapy to your specifi c requirements. I can teach you tools and techniques to manage your anxiety, depression and symptoms and then work relationally to get to the root causes of your distress.
I work with thoughts, emotions, behaviour, limbic system and nervous system responses and our felt sense, to reprogram relational patterns and change your sense of self.
